Here, … where honest craftsmanship & handshake quality is lived (and carpentry work is carried out by the boss himself),

… where sustainability is not just a word, but a promise and where coffee and tea are ready before you arrive, as well as homemade blueberry jam from the local forest.

The center of St. Johann can be reached after a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The house is near the cross-country ski trail, about 100 meters behind the house. About 2 min. to go to the ski bus, which takes you to the St. Johann ski lifts free of charge.

We have two comfortable and tastefully furnished apartments, the “big sister” – Die Bärige and the small one – Die Kloane. Both apartments are furnished with a modern box spring bed/double bed, shower with toilet, flat screen TV, underfloor heating and electric blinds throughout the house. Free WiFi and the covered parking spaces in front of the house are available free of charge.

In summer you can go by bike/e-bike directly to the numerous cycle routes, hiking in the Moor&More area, jogging…collecting berries or just enjoying the “Kaiser”.

And about 100 meters from the house is the 3rd section of the Way of St. James: St. Johann in Tirol to Bruckhäusl, in case someone doesn’t get enough of “walking”.
